I'm new to dresses, I've recently gone from a size 22 to 16 and I've been wearing dresses all summer, I'm now thinking about going back to work next month (in a school) and I'd like to build up my dress collection for cooler weather, please can you help?!
They need to be flattering on the belly and appropriate for office wear, I'll probably buy a pair of ankle boots to go with them

Budget per dress?

Nobody’s Child, (High St prices).

Justine Tabak (Lovely fabrics, consequently more elevated prices. Wait for the new winter stock.)

Toast (Sometimes wonderful. Suits who it suits.)

Plumo (Individual.)

Palava (Amazing prints.)

Forgot to say, if you’re buying new footwear you’ll look more … now if you buy knee high boots.

(Which is not to say ankle boots don’t still look good.)

I can't do knee high boots, my ankles and calves are too fat, even for the curvy ranges, trust me I've tried so many different types, it's only been the last few months that I think I can fit in an ankle boot

Have you tried Duo boots? Different calf sizes.
