Dark circles - does anything actually work?

I've tried lots of different eye creams, from cheap to expensive ones, but my dark circles remain.

Maybe it's genetic and there's nothing I can do about it.

Has anyone actually found something that works?

I tried everything for 30 odd years. The first time I used these I said wow out loud when I took them off!

Clayton Moore did this - and it became a bit of a trademark for him.
He occasionally also stood by a horse as a sort of distraction technique.
