You need to ask the person who'll be doing it.

You need to shave it. They usually say 24 hours before. My hair grew too fast though and it was too long, we had to reschedule the first time. So I shaved the morning of an appointment from then on.

I'm concerned that they haven't given you super clear instructions on pre and post laser care. Yes you need to shave today ahead of laser tomorrow.

Same thought.

You need to be clean shaven. I have missed a few hairs in the past and they've given me a razor to do it myself prior but not ideal.

Needs to be a clean shave with no products on the area. However they should have told you this and done a patch test and if they haven’t then maybe think twice if it’s a clinic you want to use

This 💯 bit concerning they haven’t told you this! I hope you’ve had a patch test as well…

Thanks for the replies. To be fair they have tried to call me and left a message to say they wanted to confirm my appointment which I then did in the email they sent, so perhaps that was when they planned to give me the info. I couldn't talk during working hours so didn't phone back, and figured I'd confirmed.
