High frequency wand - how to use it?

Hi, I’ve just ordered a high frequency wand and wonder the best way to use it. Is gauze or cotton essential to use as a shield? Or can you use it on bare skin? If so is it advisable to apply serum or moisturiser first?

Any help very gratefully received!

If you Google exactly what you asked here there's loads of tiktok and YouTube links and other sites with really good clear instructions

Sorry I really did assume your post was one of the usual ‘FFS just Google it’ posts! My apologies.

Have you tried a HF wand? (Let’s get back on track!).

No because they are not very good, if a non professional can buy one online it's usually a waste of money. Do you know anything about your skin? Lymph system? What kind of skin type you are? Etc etc etc

AtrociousCircumstance · 15/08/2024 19:33

Ah, I see, ok.

Still interested to hear from posters who have tried one!

Are you a witch op?

ive bought the gauze from Amazon to use with mine and it’s made a big difference in the skin after a couple of uses. The skins plumping a little which at 47 is noticeable. Before after use I couldn’t really tell a difference.
