Dermatica delivery

Has anyone ever changed their delivery to every 3 weeks or so?
My tube is not lasting until my next tube arrives, I'm always short on about 4 days (and yes, I do use it exactly as instructed)
I know you can delay a delivery but assumed you could bring it forward as well, seems not.
Anyone managed to do it?

I did the opposite and it was delivered every other month as it was building up. I’m sure they’ll do that for you, and it’s more money for them!

@Bignanna have sent them an email. I can see that it might 'throw' their subscription model but, as you say, more £ for them
