Does anyone have experience of John Lewis or Fenwick's personal shopper service?

Have had several brilliant sessions with a personal shopper at John Lewis in Cheadle, for me and twenty something dd. Highly reccomended

I’ve used the personal shopper in John Lewis Cardiff a couple of times and always come away with exactly what I was after, even though I didn’t know what I was after iykwim!

Agree JL fab! Obviously better at a store with large clothing department for more choice. They really listened and no hard sell.

I went to John Lewis and had a really good experience. Got loads of things, lots of them reduced!

Have tried John Lewis Personal Shopper twice. It took a couple of attempts on what she brought to get it right but both times I visited I came away very pleased and with some items I wouldn’t have even tried on.

Allow plenty of time for your visit, be honest, go with an open mind and if the first selection isn’t right or is way off the mark don’t be afraid to be honest, point out why they don’t work for you. Or if you hate a particular colour, fabric or style say so. Enjoy.
