Next return

A bit of a stupid question but when returning things to Next quick drop box in store how do you package them? Do they have to be all sealed up in the bags and do you need to enclose a return slip or anything? I usually return at the counter but I will be in a rush! Thanks

There's a barcode sticker usually on the cellophane each item comes in . You scan that. I usually put them back in the cellophane.

There's no printed slip, all the details are on that barcode.

It depend on how badly the plastic see through bag has ripped. Sometimes it's in such a state it's not worth trying to repackage it so I've put items in loose. I scan the barcode on the price tag attached to the item. It comes up with your name on the screen and you click to say it's correct.
