Has anyone got a winter jacket like this?

I have a few things planned late in the year and into next year that will be outside. I need a waterproof jacket. Something cosy and stylish but can also be worn down as well as something smarter. Is there such a thing? I am not sure I want anything full length though like the Seasalt Janelle. Not sure if I should get 2 jackets or, if you can recommend an all in one? Appreciate it’s early but if you have anything that you can name I can get some ideas on what to look out for.

seasalt plant hunter is good too. seasalt has different styles, maybe have a look at the different ones?

Barbour might be worth a look.

Uniqlo trench

Bought it as a cheap stop gap until I could afford to replace the janelle. Looks really smart, totally waterproof; the cut is extraordinary. Ending up getting the more casual hooded jacket in a sale as well (has no right to look as good as it does), both cost together less than half the janelle
