Mens laptop bag

If I have to watch my husband shuffling out the house with his laptop in a bag for life one more time I'm going to kick him out. It's his 40th coming up and I thought I would treat him to a nice bag. My budget is £200-£300. I've looked at John Lewis and had a mooch online. All the options I'm coming up with are either horrendously expensive or just dull (I realise laptop bags are inherently dull). Have any of you stylish people got suggestions?
