Shape wear and backless bra

Ladies - help - hit me with your recommendations! Completely backless figure hugging dress.

Do you definitely need a bra? Could you sew cups in for some support if you need it? I wore a backless dress recently and saw some decent looking backless bodysuits on Amazon. Also heard great things about boom as. I ended up braving it and going braless but my boobs aren't that big and they're reasonably perky.

I only ever wear padded crop tops and wireless bras now as I work from home so I find anything with a wire and especially strapless bras really uncomfortable. If I can get away with not wearing a bra I won't wear one.

Sadly I definitely need a bra. Breastfed two kids... they're somehow small yet saggy! I will check out Boom thank you!

These are good. My boobs are small and saggy too but these gave a nice shape. They don’t give any lift or support though. I had a tight backless top on and couldn’t see the edges. I bought the bigger size so most of my boobs were covered.
