What top with this skirt?

Any suggestions please? I'm a size 12 and want sleeves at least elbow length because I don't want to show upper arms.

I will likely wear with Adidas trainers or chunky black sandals if weather allows!

Have only worn it with a black t-shirt so far.

Agree with @Bohomovies simple clean lines you could pick stone , taupe, cream, browns all the colour of the leopard print ( me? I would do black, bitter chocolate, mid brown)

I have an almost identical skirt and wear mine with a graphic tee and high tops.
But I don't think I can pull off glam leopard print so I always dress mine down!
