Best eye makeup remover

Oh wise ones. What can you recommend? I have used loads of- cheap and $$$ over the years but always returned to Neutrogena oil free. However the formula has changed and it no longer does the trick for me. I only need to remove mascara, not even waterproof; don't wear liner or eye shadow. Thanks in advance.

Best thing for me is bog standard baby oil

Nivea micellar water - I honestly couldn't live without this product

Garnier micellar water is the best! I've used so many expensive cleansers over the years and now this is the only one I'll ever use, it's so cheap too. I wear waterproof mascara and it gets it off easily a cotton pad.

Simple wipes!! No other brand removes it but those wipes are fab and they're so hydrating

Clinique Take the Day Off is amazing, bit pricey but gets the lot off.

Body Shop Camomile balm, removes all makeup, waterproof mascara included, it’s brilliant & I’ve used nothing else for years.

Nivea Double Effect Waterproof Eye makeup Remover - it's bi-phase, cheap as chips and is hands down the best in the business.
