A really great rose perfume?

I have one perfume that I absolutely love which I wear all autumn/winter but it doesn't work very well for spring/summer.
I really want to get a beautiful rose-scented perfume but the two I've tried so far, while they smell nice enough, don't last longer than 5 minutes. Can anyone recommend a rose perfume with good staying power?

I love Paul Smith Rose and have worn it for years but I think they may have discontinued it, so I'm interested in the answer too.

Zara has a lot of gorgeous rose scents.
I just bought the rose gourmand one and it lasts really well.

Paul Smith Rose and Serge Lutens Sa Majesté la Rose are my favourites.

Which ones did you try? I like L'Occitane Rose, it's light, modern and good for summer.

Another vote for Tom Ford Cafe Rose - it's so unique, lasts amazing and I've been asked a few times what perfume it is. It's mainly rose but with a smoky cuban cafe undertone (coffee and tobacco).

Miss Dior Roses n Roses
I have a roll on that was inexpensive and lasts ages

Penhaligons The Coveted Duchess Rose.

Smells divine (and quite expensive) all day without being overpowering

The ones I've tried are Givenchy Irresistible velvet rose which is lovely but disappears immediately and Miller& Harris Rose Silence which lasts a bit longer but not much!

Serge Lutens' Sa Majesté la Rose is the only rose perfume for me. It's £228 for 75mls tho.

Sadly, you're right, it is discontinued.

I've replaced it with Benamor Rose perfume.

Artiscent Vanille Rose is gorgeous and being a superdrug own very cheap. Rituals Ayurveda is Rose and Sweet Almond. I'm trying to find something in a longer lasting edp, - I've had Paul Smith Rose, but want something like rose and vanilla, sweet almond or sandalwood to give depth. I've had Armani Diamond Rose, but it doesn't last.

Fabulous, thank you for all the suggestions! Shame about the Paul Smith one, definitely discontinued. I've made a list of the others to see if I can find anywhere I can try them out.

I had no idea people changed their perfume with the seasons!

I too was also going to recommend Paul Smith, but now I know its been discontinued.😮 Yardley do a rose, but might be more a eau de cologne and not as punchy as a more modern, rose fragrance.
