Bumps on jawline

Any wonder products?

I have bumps on my jawline, spots but with no head (sorry!) sometimes red and a bit sore but often just bumps.

What can I use to get rid of them? Thanks! 🙏

I had really bad cystic acne, was prescribed lymecycline but it didn't clear them completely. I've used many many products but the best I've found is Cerave, I use the facial wash, the treatment gel and the resurfacing retinol serum. My skin is now the clearest it's been in years

I am not sure if this is what I used to get in my late teens and early 20s. Went to Drs etc and got steroid cream, nothing cleared it. I read back then (I am now a lot older) that it could be a lack of essential fatty acids. And to take Starflower Oil or Evening Primrose Oil. Starflower (also known as Borage Oil) is higher in strength that EPO so I started taking 1000mg a day - within a few days it cleared completely. It was then it sunk in, we really are what we eat (even though the nutrient wasn't eaten but taken). I have taken it ever since. It improved my skin too.

Cystic acne - hormonal

do not poke or pick, they won’t come to a head

are you on birth control? That can help - if it’s really bad discuss with a Professional

Some just feel like enlarged blocked pores rather than cystic acne. I don’t think I need a doctor. They’re not that bad. I’ll try supplements and the Cerave stuff. Thanks!

Just a thought, do you clean your phone?

I developed some jaw spots and realised my phone was the culprit.
