Hair in bad condition

Hi my hair is in such bad condition due to straighteners , I do try and avoid shampoos with silicone and parabens and always condition it and use Aussie heat protection
However if I let it dry naturally it’s one big frazzled frizz which starts half way
down my head , I think there’s breakage ad well . I’m addicted to straightening my hair and I think half the problem is straightening it when it’s still a bit damp after washing .
In April I had a lot chopped off but it hasn’t made a difference , any advice on any deep conditioning treatments please ?
Or are there any good hair vitamins I know that the only way really is to go very short but short hair doesn’t suit me

Try using deep moisturizing masks like those with coconut oil or argan oil. In addition, I often use hair oil after washing, my hair is smoother and heavier then. I use it about once or twice a week, it's enough for me.

Ditch the straighteners, blow dry, eggs and olive oil, leave on for a while

I had to stop using straightners and I only used them for 2 years.

My hairdresser said my ends were parched and asked if i used them. Her advice was stop using them and where possible air dry instead of using a dryer.

Do whats right for you dont feel you have to copy others.
I have never had hair past my shoulders it doesnt suit me. I have a collar length bob with all over layers i have thick hair.

Another thing is once we start getting grays our hair goes drier.
You can buy a air styler with a paddle brush if you want the sleeker look but make sure its a air styler not a hot brush.
