I feel like it's not but that it won't be horrible on Winter skin tone?

I also have a winter skin tone - I don’t believe that pastel blue is the most flattering colour for us (royal and navy blue tend to suit better, I stick to them!) but ultimately the only real thing that matters is if you like it or not. If you really do love it then by all means buy it
