Hair crisis

Hi. I had someone give me highlights but they lightened them too light and went white. She’s put someone dark in my hair to hide the highlights and it’s darker than my natural roots. She won’t reply to me to tell me what’s she done. It’s looks so bad. I don’t know what to do. The front of my hair is dark and also dark bits around. She’s tried covering the light highlights with something dark. I don’t know how to sort it. I’m so upset

What look do you want to achieve?

Try wells colour fresh, osmo colour revive or colour wow… all conditioning toners that will give a few washes cover without destroying your hair. They won’t fix the problem permanently but will help tone them down. I’ve used them to make my highlights look better when they get a bit brassy.
