Apologies for crap title. Couldn’t think how to word.

Have a big corporate interview coming up in September and have also been asked to speak at a huge external conference around the same time.

I need a killer/professioanl/nailed it outfit ideally that will do for both. Probably a suit (have lost 4.5 stone in past year so don’t currently have one), although would be open to other ideas, a really smart dress for example. Although company is fairly relaxed I still want to dress like I mean it if that makes sense.

Am 40, 5”1 8-10 with olive skin.

Thank you!

MaxMara is the obvious place. For a suit or a dress.

But you don’t give a budget?

Thanks, wouldn’t have thought of there. Usually Next for suits but no budget for this one.. Needs to be perfect

For perfection you need to be prepared to have whatever you choose altered to fit, if necessary. Some very good shops will do this for you, but otherwise you should be able to locate a decent alterations service in your town. So do factor in time for this.

Also look at the fold and theory if you like max maras style. I buy all my work clothes from those three pretty much. Mostly max Mara tbh
