I'm 5ft 4, size 10ish (more 12 than 8) with a bit of a tummy, over 50. Which jeans would you recommend in M&S?

I'd recommend going to an M&S in person & trying on a big selection of styles, rather than ordering online. Then you can try every leg type, leg length & see if you prefer high-waisted or not, & if you like them with holes/rips!
If you like a slim/straight-leg, the Sienna gets recommended a lot, but the current version doesn't fit the same as it used to. I was looking to replace a 5 year old pair & the waist is much higher now, and the fabric thinner with more stretch.
With your height, you will probably need a short leg length. I'm 5'8" & now have to wear regular rather than long length, as M&S recently changed their leg length sizing. I ended up with Boyfriend ankle grazers, which are mid-rise on me & more of a (non-extreme) barrel leg. But I would never have bought them via the on-line description which says relaxed & high-rise!

@PinkOrangeRed thanks for your information on the sienna jeans, I also have a pair from 4 years old, and went to buy another pair, but the waist is two high, I ask a sale assistant if they any of the ones I was wearing at time, she obviously didn't know the stock as she said they have always been high waisted.
