What’s your favourite perfume?

If you had to wear one forever, what would it be?

I think mine would be Chanel Chance Eau Tendre.

Cerrutti 1881, worn it since I was a teen.
Have tried lots of others and as an adult I really love YSL fragrances but always come back to cerrutti

Hard to have one favourite, and I change the kind of perfume I wear with the seasons.

Current favourites are Lancome Idole, Michael Kors Wonderlust and Narciso Rodriguez Cristal

Diorella, I’ve loved it for nearly 60 years now!

If I could only have one it would be Dioressence because it's the one my DD's associate most with me.
However I keep that mostly for special occasions.
I'm currently wearing Dune which I've always loved but didn't used to wear because, years ago, I read it was the best selling scent in the duty-free shop at Gatwick and I wanted to feel a bit more exclusive. Now apparently it's much less popular (silly/snobbish I know but we've all got our own quirks).
The one that got away was KL by Karl Lagerfeld. I only ever tried it from testers but I was a student and couldn't afford it. By the time I could it had been discontinued
Love a lot of Guerlain too and, although florals aren't my favourite, I've worn Ce Soir ou Jamais by Annick Goutal because I love the name. Same goes for Juliette has a Gun.

I wore CK one for years, love a light fresh fragrance.

Current faves are Tiffany Sheer and Philosophy Amazing Grace.

Chanel No. 19. I got it as a present from my boss in 1979, the first really expensive perfume I'd ever had, I've loved it ever since.

I have a large bottle upstairs and spray it on most days.

I think Chanel No. 19 is my favourite of all the Chanel ones (those that I've actually been able to smell; some are quite hard to find it seems) but I don't wear it because my MiL did and think it might be a bit odd for DH
I went through a phase of always wearing Allure in Summer and Coco in Winter.
Might go back to that after the Dune runs out.

Oh Dune, I'd totally forgotten that one, I wore it quite a lot in the 90s along with Paloma Picasso, Tresemme, Fidji and L'air Du Temps, all really nice perfumes.

Chanel 19 still out in front though as the favourite. 😃

I love Blue grass too! So different from the glittery sickly sweet rubbish around now! It was my mum's but I buy it myself now!

I like CK One (its by Calvin Klein but isnt too expensive). I think it smells v fresh but not too flowery so good for work.

I can’t afford it, but I tried on POAL in a department store recently and was blown away. I couldn’t stop smelling my wrist! I woulD choose an unlimited bottle of that one.

Dior addict, second place Clinique happy. The only perfumes I've repurchased.

Fidji by Guy Laroche difficult to get hold of now, though.

I buy it online from Just My Look. There's a couple of different types and prices.

Chanel Allure. Have worn it since it came out, never found anything else that comes close to it.

Bulgari BLV. Discontinued but the Magnolia Sensuel is lovely too.

I'm the same, but about Coco Chanel. I loved it and always wore it and then I found out my mil wore it, and I never wore it again.

I'd never heard of the Milton Lloyd perfumes until this thread. Does anyone know where there is a list of what each one is a dupe of?

Either Chanel Coco or more recently Hermes Eai Des Merveilles Ombré.
