At home teeth whitening

Has anyone bought the kits where you make the moulds at home then send them away to be made?

I've seen the crest strips recommended on here but can't seem to find them.

Any other suggestions welcome!

Crest strips are not legal in the UK due to the level of peroxide. This can only be administered by dentists here. There is a workaround if you buy them from Amazon.com (USA site). Personally I think they are brilliant. My dentist charges £450 for teeth whitening which seems extortionate to me.

Yes same! I'm wondering if I can do my own moulds then follow pretty much the same procedure.

Eucryl tooth powder. Under £3. I’ve found it better than the strips.

@LaWench If you buy from the US site do you have to pay for postage from the US?

Yes and even with the exchange rate, it worked out cheaper than buying from UK websites. I got 32 strips Glamorous white delivered for £43, the website linked has 28 strips for £55.

I used two packs of Crest strips from the US and they did absolutely nothing! I haven't heard of the tooth powder but might give that a go
