I always had decent skin but a few weeks ago my right hand side of face has gone dry and blotchy/spotty on my temple and along my jaw line. Really rough dry skin. I’ve not changed creams or anything else so I don’t think it’s an allergic reaction. I wash my pillow and bedding regularly.
Any ideas of what it could be and how to combat it? I’ve been on various medication for IVF treatment and take levothyroxine. Shall I E45 cream or similar or is it better to leave it alone for a while?
