Primark got some lovely mix n match stuff. Haven’t read the label but they feel like cotton jersey

I absolutely love my new set from B by Ted Baker. Fab quality, washes well, super soft viscose jersey. I ordered mine from Zalando as I'm not in thu UK, but have a look on Next online for them under Brands:

Matalan has some fab Bluey ones.

I got some lovely ones from marks and Spencers with highland cows on them!

If you are looking for t-shirts style, Lidl have some in at the moment. 100% cotton.

M&S do some cotton ones or viscose if you prefer and end up around the same price as buying separates from Primark.

I just picked up a couple of lovely sets in the Next sale - they have cotton and linen own brand sets. Shorts are not too short either.

Ive had a few 100% cotton ones from John Lewis.

I love the Victorias Secret ones available direct from their website or via Next. They are so soft and wash well. Not cheap but worth it in my opinion . I think they are a modal / cotton mix

Yep, sainsburys....plenty in the sale today, online and in-store.

Just looked in Primark, only found one pure cotton set.. the others a mix.

I only wear cotton PJs from Cyberjammies or Their Nibs, both absolutely great. Their Nibs pack the products beautifully, I’ve often sent their nightwear as presents.
