The Borbons held a reception for the winning Spanish football team, I think Leti's dress is a rewear, but a nice, strong patriotic red. Leonor and Sofia decided to wear the footie shirts, and I'm impressed that they had identical half tucks!

Youngest DD uses the phrase "your cartoon character outfit", based on cartoon characters that are nearly always drawn the same so she would use it for me if I'm in striped top & jeans, her dad's would be navy polo and chino shorts. Anyway, getting to my point, the Royals in that selection of photos are all pretty much in their cartoon character mode. Apart from Max who looks like she's trying to Max up her Team Netherlands blazer with several orange accessories.

@Mencia - glad to see him looking happy! It was probably quite fun, we can all be caught looking a bit miserable!

Can't edit my comment, just to say I wear much more than striped top jeans but that's what DD thinks I wear most therefore it's my "cartoon outfit"

The outfit has potential to be nice, and yes, very Victoria Beckham, - but it's too creased, and the trousers are too long (again!) so overall it looks a bits scruffy to me.

It's been lovely to see so many Euro-Royals at the Olympics. It's a shame that KC /PoW couldn't attend, although Princess Anne was a good choice - just no fashion interest for us there!

Crumpled and ill fitting - it looks like they had sold out of her size so she grabbed the next size up.

Serenster often points out the Victoria Beckhamish-ness of Meghan and it’s bang on.

She looks nice anyway - I have a sneaking feeling she could look better (jeans, white shirt: 👌) but she wears it well if a bit swamping.

I've never noticed the similarity to VB before, but I do see it in that picture! She does suit a halter neck and favours neutral shades. The trousers are wide and loose, but that's the trend. Love her sunglasses.

That was the best bit, spotting Mary&Max and co.
I can see the look Meghan was trying for (Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy/Hamptons beige chic) but like pp pointed out - it's too voluminous, crumpled and a bit costume-y. And why the need to go backless all the time?!
