In other news, coverage rights of the Norwegian wedding has been sold to two outlets, one of which is Hello Magazine.

Her dress and earrings are lovely.

Regardless of what I think about the conman shaman, if Hello is covering the wedding then we will see loads of good photos!

I am intrigued by Catherine the Great's earrings but of course Fred (along with several other monarchs including Charles) descend from her.

Yes there are close ties to the Imperial Russian family. That's why there are lots of the (mini) Fabergé eggs in their collection.

Oh I forgot all about Mary! The programme starts with her and Fred's wedding and her commentary on Ingrid's favourite ruby tiara which now, of course, is wholly linked with Mary.

Not strictly Royal S&B but have any of you lovely people watched the 'Kingdom of Dreams?' documentary. It seems to have some good reviews but might need to find a few hours without DH around.

Today the Norwegian Royal Household has issued a statement that royalty have denied permission for photographs to be taken at the Norwegian wedding, given that the general press will not be invited.

Mary and Fred the equerry are visiting Fyn today.

Mary sensibly wore flats during one part of the day where heels might've been problematic.

They stopped to say hello to Eagle, father of their puppy Coco, whom they hadn't previously met.

On closer inspection I think it's a toy/dressing up one, so Mary might've left well alone. Plus she's still got loads of new bling she hasn't even worn yet since becoming Queen. I wonder which one she'll wear to the New Year gala dinner!

I’m sure Mary would never stoop so low as to say anything like “nice tiara. I have one just like it at home but mine’s real!” 😂

Probably not. But she might think it! Or maybe she'd spare a pitying thought towards those who have real tiaras that look like dress up toys!

I better there is a small person somewhere who insisted that Mummy wears her tiara to met the Queen 👑
