Just wondering if anyone can offer advice on what clothing I should look for with my awkward body shape.
I am very much a jeans and t shirt person but even then I struggle to find jeans that suit me, especially now they are mostly high waisted. If they fit on the waist they are too big on the hips and bum.
I work and have a couple of shirt dresses that I wear to the office (it is quite casual so I can also get away with jeans). Plus some black wide leg trousers from Cos.
I guess I am a rectangle. 44, 5ft 6 and 55kg. Not very muscular though so a bit flabby. No discernible waist - all my fat goes to my stomach. Flat chested. Thin, long legs. Think a fatter Megan Markle.
I really need new clothes, I have a healthy budget as I put money aside each month for clothes but everything I have ordered lately gets sent right back as I just look awful in it.
I am going to a fancy hotel in Cornwall for a week in August and have zero to wear.
Help!
