Help! Fine straight hair that goes limp and frizzy on holiday.

My hair is shoulder length, fine, straight and blonde. I usually use GHDs to curl/wave it every day to give it some body and when I'm in the UK I like my hair! However I'm going on holiday this weekend and it's to be 32 degrees. When I've been in this heat before, as soon as I go outside my hair instantly goes poker straight and gets really frizzy. I look like shit which kind of spoils my holiday a bit.
My usual products don't seem to work so I'm hoping for some advice here to help me not look horrendous!

I tend to let mine dry naturally as often as possible on holiday, whatever I do to it it just ends up looking lank. I wash it in the morning and put it into 2 plaits straight away and by lunchtime/evening I've got beachy waves...or I just wear lots of hats/headscarves/bandanas

Thanks @Idontjetwashthefucker. My hair is as flat as a pancake when I let it air dry so I need to blow dry it and curl it to give it body. I might need to pack a paper bag for my head at this rate!

Oh god the frizz of my hair! Nothing works for me so I just scrape it back in a bun or have plaits

Ugh @Proudbitch. I know!
