Realistic style icons

Do you have any realistic style icons? For example those who are a bigger shape and aren't very frozen of face?
I adore style and beauty but I'm apple shaped and getting older, especially in the face. I've been a bit sad about it but realise that's because I've been comparing myself to stunning public figures, lots of whom have had tweakments done. I also have a lot of beautiful friends who look way younger than their age too!
I saw some photos of Siobhan McSweeney (Derry Girls) recently and I've been blown away by her great fashion and confidence. It reminded me that you don't have to look perfect to look great. Are there any other women in the public eye that you look to for style who look amazing in a way that's a bit more achievable for the average middle aged woman? :)

I see nothing imperfect about Siobhan McSweeney!

Perhaps you could adjust your idea of perfection? It really doesn’t have to mean young, or thin, or with an altered face.

Helena Bonham-Carter. I love how she dresses- often not in very standard stuff but she reminds me that I don’t have to wear some boring jeans and Breton uniform (nothing wrong with this, only with feeling you can’t diverge from it). She also lives near me and I see her out and about a lot- she always looks lovely and is generally in a group of lovely-seeming, gorgeous friends/family and she’s about a decade older than me and I live the idea of being like her at her age.

'Perhaps you could adjust your idea of perfection?'
This is what I'm trying to do. I went through my teenage years in the early noughties and was very much bombarded with toxic beauty standards. It's better now with all different types of beauty on social media but so many celebrities look so..... Perfect for want of a better word.
Anyway, any cool, stylish women like Siobhan McSweeney that others admire? :)

She is so cool, I love when she's a guest on Graham Norton, again there's that feeling that she's completely comfortable with herself and that in itself is very stylish.

I follow Laura Adlington on Instagram, she was a Bake Off contestant a few years ago but mostly posts about plus size high street fashion

I also think Fearne Cotton always looks really cool in a normal way- proof that you don’t have to “age” your style that much as you get older

Erica Davies on Instagram is an ordinary size, and always looks fab.

Her clothes aren’t my cup of tea, though. Sadly, my style is very much skinny rock chick/French boho. Sadly, nobody has told my body this, so I’m perpetually stuck in some horrible style compromise because I like biscuits even more than clothes.

I really like Erica Davies and Laura Adlington on Instagram, both their style and content so yes, any other ladies for style inspiration along these lines? :)
