Women's waterproof cycling jacket

Could anyone recommend a cycling jacket? Needed for about a ten mile commute but I'm struggling to find one properly breathable, waterproof and in a sensible bright colour. I'm new to cycling so any good brand very welcome! Thank you

I have a yellow proviz one which I like. I like the zip pocket on the back and it is about as breathable as you can get while being waterproof, so you can zip open the armpit area. This works fine for me. Make sure you get one with silver reflective parts on it.

At work quite a few people have the altura ones.
