Gravity and boobs

Heading for 49 years old and always been small chested (30B), size 6-8. Suddenly gravity is making them look a total low mess - I used to get away without a bra but they look too sad and floppy now! What can be done? Im sad I’m not able to hang free in my strappy sundresses anymore 😕

Swimming and weight lifting.

I do strength train 3x a week or more and also run. I don’t swim though!

I mean short of surgery nothing is going to change how low your breasts hang, don't bother with special exercises that won't achieve anything as your breasts aren't made out of muscle. Get a decent bra or embrace the low hanging look I suppose

You don’t need to wear a bra with your dresses just because they’re floppy/saggy/hanging down as long as they’re covered 🤷‍♀️ I’m not even 30 yet and mine have been like that for as long as I can remember and I’ve rarely worn a bra since having my child nearly 3 years ago as it’s easier access for breastfeeding 😂

I'm the same, OP. A bra used to be something I could go without easily. I was massaging with rosehip oil with a little bit of rose oil and I thought it made a little bit of difference. Maybe the skin itself loses elasticity. Even for little ones! I also bought a really no budging them sports bra though I dont run, I was just walking a lot.

Wearing the right size bra would probably help - you're unlikely to be a 30 band at a size 6.

I have tried a 28 band but it feels uncomfortably tight, although I measure 28 under my boobs. I know I shouldn't feel paranoid but I don't like the look of them any more!

A smaller band would probably give you better support and stop the slide. Especially when you're running!

Then you need to go up a cup, not wear a bigger band!
