Dull hair recommendations

I have fine brown hair which is the past year has turned quite greasy.

I used to be able to get away with washing it once ever 5 days. Now it is greasy the day after washing. I have tried all sorts of shampoos, treatments etc but nothing works. I have come to terms with just having to wash it more however my hair is still just so dull!

does anyone have any recommendations for products that really add a bit of shine or life to your hair and also any products that add a bit of body, I don’t know how to best explain but my hair is always very stringy and separate.

Head and shoulders citrus is good

You need to figure out what your hair needs, and give it that, nobody will be able to tell you what to use without knowing what your hair is in need of/overloaded on as everyone's hair is different.

Try using a clarifying shampoo as greasiness could be from product buildup

I use a clarifying shampoo, it doesn’t matter if I use it every time, once a week or once a month it makes no difference.

I don’t use heat on my hair which has worked miracles on helping it grow but it’s just still so dull and limp.

I've heard that its healthy to go without shampoo, thats defo not a possibility for most with jobs though HAHA.

As long as you dont have underlying health condition, you could just try high end shampoo and get that boxed ticked straight away for being tested.

Good luck !!!!

I’ve checked the box for high end shampoo with Kérastase Specifique Bain Divalent Shampoo which is specially designed to regulate the over produ toon of sebum. I have high hopes for it however it made absolutely zero difference in any way.
