As the title say…can you recommend a led mask? Do you believe it works?

What is a led mask ?

It's a mask that uses different light frequencies on your skin as you wear it, I think. Not sure if AIBU is the place- it's more of a Style & Beauty one, no?

May help all those looking for a LED mask

I have the latest currentbody and the research does suggest they work but you need to check the led strength iirc.
