Next sale delivery

I have ordered a few bits in the Next sale.

I didn't realise it takes about 4 years before you receive your items!

Is there a chance that these will come early or not? They have given me a set date of the 18th July. I need them a day or 2 before that for my Daughters birthday. Although not the end of the world if they're late.

Anyone had experience with this? Did your orders come early?

I always marvel at their delivery times, last sale I bought anything (admittedly a while ago) it was a mixed bag; a few arrived a few days earlier but most was longer, and the delivery dates were over a month anyway! I wouldn't count on it arriving in time.

My daughter ordered the day before she went on a 10-day holiday and they arrived at her designated Next store 2 days later!

Ok, I'll hope for the best but expect the worst 🤣.

I'm annoyed because I actually saw all of the stuff I wanted in the shop, but thought nah, I'll order online with the early access.

Idiot!!

I ordered in the early access sale too and have been given a delivery date of 18 July. Ridiculous!

Mine arrived at store on Saturday, I was pleasantly surprised, date given was 17th July

Their delivery times are so weird, i’ve ordered things in previous sales and they’ve taken literally weeks to arrive but I did have some other branded items in there so unsure if that makes a difference. Perhaps it’s quicker if it’s all NEXT items?

I ordered several items in the sale preview. One arrived on Monday the rest due by18th but they will quite likely come before then, in my experience.

My delivery arrived yesterday. Earlier than expected but still longer than other retailers.

@Greentrilby I cancelled it all in the end 🙈. I just hate waiting for things. I'm a next day delivery sort of girl or I'm not interested 🤣🙈.

Something I ordered in the sale said 3-4 week delivery on it . I don't want it urgently though .

Me too. In the end I only kept one thing and sent the rest back.

I also got caught out with this, ended up cancelling everything

I did my sale order on 3rd July, and I've just had notification it's out for delivery this evening, so 12 days.

But that's pretty normal for the Next Sale, and I'm happy to wait. Although sometimes a few stragglers arrive weeks later, when I've long since forgotten what I've ordered, and I don't need them anymore! In-store returns are pretty painless.
