SPF - am I too late to the game to stop wrinkles?

So I'm late 30s (read nearly 40). If I start wearing spf now will it help with wrinkles or is it too late? I'm going to wear it anyway as there's history of skin cancer in my family but didn't know if it's going to prevent wrinkles or not.

Speaking as someone twice your age I will say no, it’s never too late! Don’t forget to put spf on your neck too! Sun is the biggest enemy to skin, so get started!

Not too late and don't forget your chest.

Ok got it, neck and chest. Thanks!

Never! Wear it op!

It's going to help prevent future wrinkles and help the current ones (if any) to not worsen/deepen.

Thank you OP.

Hadn't thought of the neck!

And the backs of your hands!
