Best cross body bag please?

I’ve seen adverts on Facebook for Pom Pom London bags where you can change the colour of the strap. Are they any good?

Any other recommendations please?

I’ve had my Pom Pom London City bag since 2021, I’ve used it everyday since and it gets thrown around a lot, the zip has only just gone on it but the rest is still in really good nick. I’d defo recommend!

I'm getting a new bag as toddler put a sticky substance in the pocket, might get another!

Osprey London - pricier than Mia Tui but real leather and very well made. I have one of each and like both brands.

I had one of those changeable strap camera bags for ages. Not a Pom but very similar. When it died I got a Uniqlo corduroy sling bag as a stopgap while I found the right leather bag.

Well, I bloody love the uniqlo sling bag and would pick it any day over another leather camera bag! It’s much lighter, comfier against the body, slim when fairly empty rather than boxy, but can stuff more into it than a camera bag. Can wear it in front, on side, at the back. Also washable.

Anyway that’s my suggestion.

I have some and really like them. I got one on Vinted and one from their seconds advertised on Instagram. I would go for the Mayfair plus , the Mayfair is really small.

Depends on the size. Average paperback yes, War & Peace or hardback no. A smallish bottle will fit - like a Sistema screw top size - but not a Chillys or similar.

But in my old camera bag I couldn’t even fit a paperback or a Sistema bottle as there was no flex to the dimensions.

Yes I agree so sturdy and EBay Amazon have some good prices ..

Me too, I have so many Kipling bags, very lightweight, shower proof, so many colour ways. Great quality, and last.

Owned a Kipling ages ago but gave it away! I have so many cross body's from ted baker to longchamp, ysl, Primark but I always go back to the Uniqlo one! Even today sat on a picnic blanket and it was on my back. Went to the shops and it's on my side, it's so versatile and thats coming from someone who doesn't even wear bags these days just pockets!

Pom Pom London are brilliant bags, real leather, all these free straps with each bag.

Victoria Beckham's clutch - the straps can be adjusted in length so it's a handbag or a cross-body bag, and it can work as a clutch on its own too. Beautiful bag.
