Talk wedding guest dress

Heeeelp!
6ft, between 10 and 12. Small bust but quite broad and big hips. Have no preferences in terms of colour but really want something special and with waist in right place!
Have looked all usual 'tall' places - Asos, dp, new look etc. Have tried Rixo too but all a bit meh.
Anyone any ideas?

Long short or midi?
Sleeves?
Bombshell or blend in?

Probably midi - open to maxi. Not short.
No preference re sleeves. It's a younger, fashionable crowd so don't want to be frumpy.

I've not had anything from there for ages as there are more options now so I did wonder about the quality.

I believe they got bought out, lots of people complain about the quality now and you have to pay for returns 🙄
