Primer - not glowy

Any suggestions? I don't want matte primer to suck the life out my skin but I also don't want one of the ridiculously glowy primers on the market

Try looking at Elf’s range of primers.

I like rare beauty pore minimiser, it’s a sort of gel consistency.
