Shein Returns

Wonder if anyone can help
Returned item to Shein via Inpost
Got tracking number etc but Shein haven’t processed it
contacted Inpost they said not their issue
can’t actually get hold of anyone at Shein / just a bot who sends me round the houses

help!!!!

can’t seem to find a real person or valid email address to raise with SHEIN ….

I order lots from Shein and they’re probably my favourite online retailer for returns, process refund within a few days so this sounds unusual. I had to contact them a few weeks back, if you have the app raise a service request under the support section. They come back to you within 24 hrs.

That's because all shein returns go straight to landfill because it's cheaper than processing to resell
