REN Cream Sample - How to Open?

I have a small sample of face cream in toothpaste like aluminium tube, light green. Can’t figure out how to open properly, is it can I need to dry to screw off (it’s not coming off) or pierce the nozzle (does not seem right)? I can take scissors to it as a last resort…

Has anyone had one of these?

Just press hard from one side. It sort of snaps off and then you can reverse the top and plug it back in as a stopper if that makes sense!
