Eve Lom cleansing balm

I got a sample size of this and absolutely loved it so asked for the full size jar for my birthday.

It's completely different? The sample was a smooth paste, the full size is full of waxy granules that don't easily melt into my skin. Is this normal and how should I be using it? I'm warming it in my hands before massaging onto my dry face. It's so lumpy!

I think maybe you're smaller pot had caught a bit of warmth, but yes those little bits liquidise on your hands after a quick warm up. Wonderful product.
