Hi are Teva's still in fashion this summer. I usually wear Birkenstocks but fancy something different. I want to be able to wear them with dresses. Thanks

According to my DD17 they are.She has bought beige ones - the hurricane style so chunky soled.I've seen them worn around here with ankle length wide-ish jeans but the flip flop sole type.

Just saw the link.. her sole is not as thick.Normal hurricanes but I could imagine her wearing them with shorts

Hmm, I think there are much nicer Tevas tbh. I do think Tevas are in style but these ones are a bit much, almost trying too hard at being Tevas. If you like birks and want the utilitarian look to contrast with a dress get some milanos. If you are set on Tevas defo get a thinner sole like PPs daughter.

They are super comfy and in my view look good with dresses, wide leg trousers or shorts.

Thanks for the tips. It's the chunkiness of the Texas I'm worried about. At 5'2 I'm tempted by the extra height. I usually wear Milanos. I like the utilitarian look might just get another pair but in a different colour.
