Teaching teens how to do make up

Had my DD (15) in tears today having a panic attack because she is "so ugly". She really isn't and has bad anxiety. However I was wondering if someone could recommend anywhere where she could get make-up tips that would help with her confidence, she says her friends make up always looks so natural and better than hers. I know I need to work on the anxiety and we have had counselling, but I thought something practical might help as well. Any youtube videos, or should I take her to a make-up counter for a make over (I fear her anxiety would not cope with that suggestion though).

MAC stores let you book online, the cost of the lesson is redeemable against products. You can do the lesson in store or online.
