Has anyone successfully returned an item and had a refund rather than “ swapping”?
I gave the site a try as I liked the the sound of the process in theory. However my dress arrived today after 9 weeks(!) and it’s hideous - the Fern “ relaxed” dress. The fabric is rough and I’m not impressed with the sewing details, the gathers are very bunched up and I look like a pantomime character. No way do I want to swap it as there’s nothing else I like the look of.
Ive sent an email requesting a refund but not had a reply yet.
I think it might end up on eBay.
