Clean smelling perfume

My favourite smell is Dove Men's Cotton Fresh deodorant. It just smells so soapy and clean. I also love the smell of fresh outdoor dried linen.
Is there any perfume that replicates these smells - I've really gone off perfume as I've aged and I'd like to find one a fresh, clean scent? Any ideas? Thanks Mumsnetters!

I agree with Issey Miyake L'Eau d'Issey and Clarins Eau dynamisante. But not with Lazy Sunday Mornings. To me that smells like you've woken up wearing your Scotch drinking, expensive after shave wearing lover's shirt from last night.

Slightly different take on fresh though is Nivea Sun Perfume. Fresh but with a summer holiday beach feel.

Once I had my ds I couldn't do strong perfumes any more, I was ruined by being so smell sensitive when pregnant.

I can only do Clarins Eau Dynamisante now so I'm curious to see if I can find some new alternatives here.

But Clarins have definitely been economising on their spray mechanism because they keep just breaking after a few months - it's maddening.

When I was in my teens and 20s I loved Paloma Picasso and** Rive Gauche (!!) but they smell terrifying to me now. Also apparently a lot of those old perfumes are not the same recipe and are more synthetic? Not sure if that's true. I remember an old housemate making the whole house stink of Opium (awful smell)

@bossybloss I'll look out for that. I still have a bottle of Isis with a drop left and I wasn't sure how to replace it. I'd actually considered the real thing! 😁

@Allshallbewell2021 I love Eau Dynamisante too. I have the splash bottle that they do so no spray mechanism.

Neroli Portofino by Tom Ford is very fresh. I have the perfume parlour dupe and I lash loads of it on with no worries that I'm wasting lots of expensive perfume.

Oh yes, Neroli Portofino is more citrus fresh; see also the pamplemousse one and the neroli/vetiver one from Guerlian Aqua Allegoria.

For a different 'clean', Eau de Soleil Blanc (Tom Ford) is more of an 'expensive summer holiday' clean.

I really like Blanche from Byredo. I smells so fresh, like line dried linen with a hint of Dove soap. It is ridiculously expensive though. Mine is now missing after my son took a fancy to it.

Green Tea by Elizabeth Arden. It’s very light & fresh.
