How much do you spend on beauty products a month?

I spend about £50 a month on beauty products and makeup and skin care. That's a ridiculous amount isn't it? Or is it?

It's not a ridiculous amount if you can afford it and you enjoy it. I don't spend that much on makeup and skincare (but probably did years ago) I do spend on myself and my interests in other ways, for example gym membership. If it makes you happy op do it! 🙂

I don't particularly buy much beauty products, though I do really need to put some regime together now I'm getting slightly older.
I budget £150 a month for any bits and bobs like clothes my hair etc.
For my hair I spend £100 approx every 4 or so months and always buy decent shampoo products.

I spend about £20-£30 a month, which im happy with. I have to enjoy the products im using, otherwise i just wont use them, so i would pay more if i needed to. Ive been using The Ordinary for a few years now and i like the products and the price point.

i do stock up when products are on offer though, so i can go for about 2-3 months without having to buy anything.

I think I might try to do that.

Probably about the same... sometimes more, sometimes less. No, I don't think it's a lot at all to be honest. Even cheaper brands seem to add up to a lot. Also when you think about beauty products it encompasses hair care, skin care, make up, nails, hair removal etc. Even the most basic items mount up.

Yes even moisturiser is pricey

If you include moisturisers then usually about £9.😂 however I have just bought some stuff by the ordinary and spent £30. First time ever though and it was stuff recommended on here. I'll see how it goes. It def won't be a monthly bill.

Do you use all the stuff you buy? Or do you like buying different things?

Less than £10 per month. I don't feel I need it.

i used to use The Ordinary moisturiser, but found it wasn't moisturising enough for my skin. I tried a liz Earle one, which was £28 (but got it on offer, so much cheaper). The Liz Earle one was fine, but didn't blow me away, so i'm now using Weleda skin food, which i got on offer for £10 and that's what i'm going to stick to.

The Ordinary stuff lasts for ages. They do 25% off in November, leading up to Black Friday, so i normally buy a couple of bottles of each product i use and that lasts me 6 months.

I am wearing this navy dress with fuchsia shoes and bag for a wedding. I'm so confused as to what jacket to wear...please help! I love the champagne gold sequin jacket below but would it work? I'm so confused!!! Tia!!
