Loose neck skin

I've been developing a bit of a turkey neck as I've aged over forty, now made worse due to weight loss.
Are there any non surgical solutions? Any creams or something that works?
I need help 😩

A neck lift is the gold standard.
Apparently ultherapy is the next best thing, but I’ve read it’s painful.
Also RF/ microneedling, laser, exercises which have to be done consistently.
Non surgical cosmetic procedures have their downsides, so you’d need to read up on them. The results of non surgical procedures are variable, some make very little difference, don’t last long! need repeating and are expensive.
Prai neck cream, Gatineau, Strivectin have all been recommended but don’t expect miracles. Basically, they moisturise and make the skin look smoother, but none can actually tighten skin.If they did, I’d get a tanker full!
Then there are home devices, LED light masks, various gadgets that claim to firm up the skin. The problem is they are not as good or as strong as salon machines. I have an LED mask, and it does help to brighten the skin. I don’t use it regularly like I ought to, though.
You need to do lots of research OP!
