Looking for flats - any recommendations?

Hi, I’m looking for some flats to wear over the summer. I need a few pairs that are comfortable, informal but also stylish with one pair that I can wear for work (mostly work from home). I’m not a massive trainers fan but happy to buy some if they’re not garish. I love plain simple slip ons (not sketchers) but I’m struggling to find some I like.

This looks like children's shoes but the Hamptons Trotters come in adult sizes too. They are extremely comfortable. The sizing is terrible. I'm a 37 or a 37.5 but had to take a 39.
