Plasma pen? Any experiences?

I’m thinking of getting a few tweakments - smokers lines (I don’t smoke!), and maybe crows feet. I might also get a facial mole removed.
my local place is offering plasma pen treatments- it looks like a quick approach and not too expensive.
anyone tried it?
and has anyone got their own for home use?
