Sulfate fre shampoos - any recommendations please?

Normal shampoos contain sulfates (sulphates?) but they irritate my scalp - can anyone recommend a sulfate free shampoo that is genuinely sulfate free please? (some state that they are sulfate free but when you read the ingredients they often aren't).

I use this, as recommended by my hairdresser after my keratin treatment, which requires sulfate- and paraben-free hair products.

Garnier Skin Food and Herbal Essences.
Both cheap as chips and sulphate and silicone free.

I use ogx (they have lots of choices and all seem good!)
