How many make up brushes?

I use a few different shades of blusher but usually always the same blusher brush, which, it has now dawned on me means I never get the true colour of that days blush choice.

So, those of you who use different colours of blush, eyeshadow etc - do you have lots of brushes and use one for each colour or are you super organised and wash your make up brushes after each use?

I definitely don’t have the inclination or the energy of washing brushes every day so I’m now wondering whether I should invest in some more blush brushes but it seems crazy to have several of the same type of make up brush - first world problems I know!

I have 3 eyeshadow brushes, one for bronzer and one for blush. I just give them a quick clean on a pad with eye make up remover inbetween uses!

Oh I never thought of that. When I clean mine I do a whole shampoo, wash etc.

Never considered giving them a swirl with a pad and some miscellar water - will give that a try, thank you!

I use a microfibre makeup cleaning cloth, just buff out the colour but any microfibre cloth will do
Sigma do a special cleaning thing called switch designed for it

I've got three.

One for brightening powder, one for face powder and one for blusher.

I don't use powder eyeshadow.
